The High Bidder for this item will receive a BGE Home - Smart Service Home Comfort Contract. This plan provides repair services for your heating, air conditioning and water heater for 1 Full Year. The Home comfort plan is simple to understand. When something breaks down, we make the necessary repairs and you pay nothing for covered parts and labor. Your air conditioning, heating system and water heater are protected.

As a Smart Service customer, you can reach BGE HOME 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency service at 1-888-BGE-HOME. You will have peace-of-mind knowing that your technician (a BGE HOME employee) is trained and certified to perform any required repair. As a Smart Service member, your repairs are given priority treatment.

EXCEPTIONS: Only residential systems up to 5 tons. Certificate must be redeemed by 10/08 for 1-year Smart Service Home Comfort Contract.
